Once you have adapted the tiny step decide another tiny step along with the previous one .And keep on going until you archive the desired result . Lets take an example suppose you want your garden to be clean all the time , then the very first step you should do is to decide that every morning once I will visit the garden I will pick the dry leaves . As this step hardly take any efforts within 21-30 days your mind will adapt it . Now the second step could be that whenever I see any weed in the plant I will clean it immediately . The process should keep on going until this cleaning habit is giving you the desired result that you were seeking . This technique is so powerful because it eliminate to major problems in human brain mentioned below :

1.] Procrastination : As the step are very tiny in size we don't tend to procrastinate , hence achieving result is 100%

2] Consistency by programing our subconscious mind : As the process works on adapting small practical changes that take longer time . This longer time helps to programs our sub-conscious mind and the tendency to go back to your previous routine becomes NIL and we start working on auto pilot .
